ADA Transition Plan

The ADA Transition Plan is a live document which identifies barriers in Town of Mammoth Lakes's programs, activities, and facilities that prevent persons with disabilities from access. The plan also lists how the barriers should be removed and when, based on systematic prioritization. The ADA Transition Plan has been prepared pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The ADA Transition Plan is one component of a larger process intended to optimize  experiences; provide safe and accessible facilities for everyone, and; assure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.

A copy of the ADA Transition Plan can be requested from the Town of Mammoth Lakes's ADA/504 Coordinator.

To submit comments to the Town of Mammoth Lakes regarding accessibility, please fill out an ADA Compliant and Grievance Form to be sent to the Town Clerk or contact the Town Clerk via email or phone.
